Thank you for coming to our clinic.

Consultations in English are also available with Dr. Mariko Ono.

We are unable to take appointments by phone in English. Therefore, please come to our clinic to make an appointment in person between the hours of 9 and 11am (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday). Our receptionists have prepared appointment forms in English.

In the event that we are fully booked, our receptionists will make an appointment for you for a later date. Please be advised that our clinic has been unusually busy as of late.

We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience.

If you have a friend who can help you with Japanese, feel free to use the online form (link below) to make an appointment for any procedures covered by National Health Insurance.

For any procedures that are not covered or if you are unsure whether they are covered or not, we are only able to take appointments in person or by phone.

For procedures that are not covered by insurance, a cancellation fee will apply (50% of the planned procedure cost) if appointment is cancelled the same day.

As the clinic is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays, to cancel any appointments on Thursdays and Mondays, please leave us a voicemail in English or Japanese by midnight of the day before your appointment.

We have 3 parking spaces available behind the clinic for small or mid-sized vehicles. When parking in one of these spaces, we ask that you back into them as this makes it easier to park.

Please be sure to bring your health insurance card with you regardless of if the procedure is covered or not, as we use the information to create your medical chart.
